During my stay at Valero Grand Suites by Swiss Bel-Hotels, I experienced incredible service and warm hospitality from the staff, making my business trip feel more like a retreat. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and a variety of dining options in the bustling area of Makati. Although my room was clean and comfortable, I faced some issues with the bathroom that needed attention. The dining experience, particularly the breakfast, could use some improvement in terms of quality and variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are a few areas that need enhancement to match the hotel's upscale branding.

I stayed at this hotel last month with my friends for a birthday celebration, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice!
